The North Bridge. Original bridge was dismantled in 1793. The current bridge was built in 1956 and restored in 2005.  Statue on Lexington Battle Green - Minute Man (local colonists) skirmished with British soldiers. 8 minutemen were killed and 10 wounded on 4-19-1775. The start of the Revolutionary War. |
